What you'll own
  • Serve as the primary strategic contact for assigned enterprise clients, owning the end-to-end relationship across Global Payments products and services while ensuring exceptional service, retention, and client satisfaction.
  • Build trusted partnerships with client stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of their business, identifying service needs, and driving proactive solutions that reduce downtime, improve performance, and support long-term growth.
  • Lead the coordination and resolution of complex service issues and critical incidents, acting as an advocate for the client and partnering with internal teams to ensure timely communication, escalation, and resolution.
  • Drive account growth by developing strategic account plans, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, supporting contract renewals, and expanding Global Payments' solutions footprint to achieve revenue and retention targets.
  • Own executive business reviews, client performance reporting, forecasting, billing oversight, and follow-up action plans, aligning client objectives with Global Payments' capabilities and strategic initiatives.

What you'll bring
  • 8+ years of experience in relationship management, strategic account management, customer success, financial services, payments, or other complex client-facing environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience.
  • Proven ability to manage executive-level client relationships, influence decision-makers, and navigate complex organizations to deliver business outcomes.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams through operational challenges, service escalations, critical incidents, or high-priority client issues.
  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

It's a bonus if you have
  • Experience in the payments, fintech, merchant acquiring, card processing, or broader financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated success achieving account growth, retention, cross-sell, or revenue targets within strategic client portfolios.
  • Experience leading executive business reviews, contract negotiations, forecast management, profitability analysis, or commercial discussions with enterprise clients.
