Commercial Lines Account Manager – Property & Casualty

RESPONSIBILITIES

What You’ll Do / Your Impact

  • Manage day-to-day service for an assigned portfolio of commercial insurance clients
  • Partner with Producers to coordinate new business, renewals, and marketing strategies
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate coverage and pricing with carriers, and support renewal presentations
  • Review policies and endorsements to ensure accurate coverage and compliance
  • Respond to client requests, process policy changes, and provide claims support
  • Maintain accurate documentation and client records within the agency management system
  • Build strong relationships with clients, carrier partners, and internal teams while identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience

QUALIFICATIONS

What You Bring

Required
  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • 2+ years of Commercial Lines account management experience
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and underwriting
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and agency management systems (AMS360, EPIC, or similar)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills
Preferred
  • Experience negotiating with insurance carriers
  • Professional designations such as CIC or CISR
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
