Job Description

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, detail-oriented Client Solutions Analyst to support our rapidly growing work with pharmaceutical and biotech partners. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Client Solutions team and physicians to execute high-impact projects. You will have a range of responsibilities including day-to-day management of projects and drafting client-ready deliverables.

We’re looking for someone with 1+ years of market research or life-sciences experience who is proactive, completes tasks with efficiency and attention to detail, and is passionate about improving health-education and equity.

Position Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in quantitative research data and translate findings into ‘so-what’

  • Summarize qualitative data and identify key insights based on client objectives

  • Develop comprehensive insights reports complete with strategic recommendations for the client’s business

  • Manage project execution from kickoff through final delivery including managing timelines, tracking engagement, etc.

Skills:

  • 1+ years of market research or life-sciences experience

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze data

  • Ability to interpret data and run statistical analysis

  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to present and explain reports and metrics

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to manage time and work on multiple projects concurrently

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
