At World Wide Technology, LLC, we are seeking a driven and strategic Client Service Executive to support our Public Sector SLED Team in the Northeast, leading the growth and expansion of our Services business across the assigned territory. In this high-impact role, you will own the overall services strategy, building trusted relationships with clients and partners, identifying and developing new opportunities across WWT’s comprehensive services portfolio, and driving pursuits from initial engagement through close. You will play a critical role in increasing revenue and profitability within your accounts and region, consistently exceeding sales targets while delivering innovative solutions that help public sector clients achieve their missions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the overall services strategy for the assigned territory, leveraging WWT’s strategic services plays, capabilities, and past performance to drive revenue growth and profitability.

  • Partner with sales teams and client leadership to identify, qualify, and prioritize services opportunities, providing subject matter expertise, guidance on pursuit decisions, and insight based on relevant experience and engagement feasibility.

  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with clients and partners, using a consultative approach to uncover business challenges and align WWT services to measurable outcomes.

  • Drive services pipeline development in alignment with WWT’s go-to-market strategy, supporting opportunity scoping, proposal development, and preliminary solution design.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Delivery, Project Management, Engineering, Consulting, Cybersecurity, Strategic Resourcing, Finance, Legal & Compliance, Operations, and other internal teams to structure engagements for success and ensure alignment with WWT standards.

  • Review and validate Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure clarity of scope, alignment to customer objectives, and adherence to quality and financial guidelines.

  • Lead the seamless transition from sales to delivery by participating in internal and customer-facing project kickoffs, clearly communicating scope, objectives, budget, and resource strategy.

  • Engage throughout the project lifecycle, supporting staffing alignment, incorporating lessons learned, ensuring client satisfaction at close out, and identifying follow-on opportunities to expand services impact.

  • Maintain active engagement in territory reviews and team meetings to track progress, refine strategy, and ensure alignment to revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or related master’s) preferred.

  • 8–10+ years of experience leading and delivering complex, large-scale consulting or professional services engagements.

  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence mutually beneficial outcomes across complex client, partner, and internal stakeholder environments.

  • Strong business acumen with expertise in analytical problem-solving, strategic thinking, technology-driven solution development, and executive-level relationship management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to senior leadership and diverse audiences.

  • Candidate preferably based in NYC; however, will consider NJ, CT, NH, MD or DC.

  • Willingness to travel consistently (approximately 25–50%) based on assigned accounts and regional needs, primarily within the Northeast.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
