DolFUN Dynamics is hiring a Client Services Representative to help create a warm, welcoming, and organized experience for our families. This role is a mix of front desk support, customer service, scheduling help, facility upkeep, cleaning, and maintenance.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome families and provide friendly customer service by phone and in person
  • Help with check-in, scheduling, class changes, tours, and trial classes
  • Communicate clearly with families and teammates
  • Stay organized and calm during busy times
  • Complete daily cleaning, organizing, and maintenance tasks
  • Follow procedures with strong attention to detail and follow-through
