The Client Services Manager will drive the expansion for the SoCal Commercial Banking portfolio, with a strategic focus on accelerating deposit growth. The successful candidate must exhibit a strong ownership mentality in managing portfolio health and a highly detail-oriented approach to banking operations. Flawless bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin are required.


  • Assist RMs with the new account openings
  • Assist RMs with existing account service inquiries and issues
  • Provide superior client service as related to deposit and business account services, taking ownership of client needs, problems, and requests, following through to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
  • Assist in servicing personal and business deposit accounts, including completion of necessary forms and documentation, verifying accuracy of account openings on Bank’s deposit system.
  • Work with closing team (outside counsel, if applicable) to clear pending items until closing transactions
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of account services experience.
  • Language Skills: bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal) is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of EWB new account opening process, compliance requirements, and commercial account structures
  • Ability to manage high-volume, time zone difference between US and Asia in a timely manner
  • Strong customer service contact handling skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

The base pay range for this position is USD $71,000.00/Yr. - USD $85,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
