Retail Client Services Manager will work to maintain and improve client specific retail conditions and serve as a key point of communication between retail teams, headquarters teams, and client partners. This role supports the retail organization through training and execution guidance to achieve client objectives. Scope and focus may vary based on assignment, including number of clients supported, level of client engagement, and complexity of data driven decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure retail execution compliance across distribution, pricing, planogram integrity, display performance, promotional activation, and point of sale placement

  • Identify and resolve in store compliance issues and escalate barriers with clear and actionable recommendations

  • Analyze performance data and reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and translate insights into executional recommendations

  • Communicate execution progress, insights, opportunities, and promotional activities to headquarters, clients, and field leadership
