Our client, a growing wealth management and financial services organization, is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join their team in Southfield, MI. This role is ideal for a licensed financial services professional who enjoys building client relationships, providing exceptional service, and supporting advisors in a collaborative environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email
  • Assist with account servicing, policy updates, beneficiary changes, payment inquiries, and account maintenance
  • Support insurance, annuity, and investment accounts
  • Coordinate advisor meetings, annual reviews, and client follow-up activities
  • Prepare account review materials and client meeting documentation
  • Maintain accurate client records within Advisor360 and internal systems
  • Support client retention efforts, account transitions, and service requests
  • Collaborate with advisors, operations, insurance, and investment teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Maintain compliance standards and accurate documentation


Required Qualifications:

  • Active Life & Health License
  • Series 7 license preferred
  • Series 63 or Series 66 preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or client servicing
  • Strong client-facing communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and support clients with minimal training
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Advisor360
  • Registered Client Service Associate (RCSA) background
  • Wealth Management support experience
  • Investment Operations experience
  • Former Financial Advisors seeking a service-focused role
