Job Title: Client Services Associate

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Service Team Member to support financial advisors and internal teams by managing service requests through the firm's ticketing system. This role is responsible for generating and processing client paperwork, coordinating account maintenance requests, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely completion of tasks in accordance with firm policies and compliance standards. The ideal candidate is organized, client-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service and support.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize advisor and client requests through a ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate completion of service tasks
  • Process a high volume of service tickets related to account maintenance, client onboarding, transfers, distributions, and account updates
  • Generate, review, and process financial paperwork and forms while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
  • Coordinate with financial advisors, operations teams, custodians, and clients to obtain required documentation and resolve outstanding items
  • Maintain accurate client records and update account information in CRM and our broker dealer’s system
  • Research and resolve account-related issues, escalating complex matters when appropriate
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and client satisfaction
  •  Additional duties and special projects as assigned by management


Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, mortgage servicing, customer service, or operations support
  • Experience working with ticketing systems, workflow management platforms, or service request queues
  • Strong administrative and document-processing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of financial account types, investment products, and account maintenance procedures preferred
  • Experience using Salesforce and financial services platforms is a plus
  • Series 6,7,63,65, or 66 preferred or open to being sponsored to obtain license
