The Client Services Associate will support 1 - 3 Financial Advisors by handling client/advisor service activities.ย  This associate will focus on delivering exceptional client/advisor experience so advisors can focus efforts on growing the practice.ย  This position will be based in either the Dallas office or a branch location; and support may include advisors in other branch locations.ย  Additionally, this role may act as an escalation and knowledge resource.ย  CSAโ€™s are cross-trained for Advisor On-Boarding and will support those efforts when needed and scheduled.
Essential responsibilities and tasks of the Client Services Associate are:
  • Work with the Advisor to provide the firmโ€™s stated Client Experience
  • Serve as the main contact point for clients and advisor(s) for service needs/questions
  • Working directly with custodian(s), Level Four Financial (Broker Dealer) and Level Four Corporate office
  • Assisting with Advisorโ€™s calendar management
  • Heavy communication with and from Advisor(s) and Client(s) and custodians/carriers/fund families
  • Be an Escalation route and knowledge resource for other CSAs at Level Four Financial; be an โ€˜expertโ€™ at RJ and Level Four paperwork processes.
  • Provide On-boarding team with data entry support and/or client repapering support.
  • Providing both client-facing and advisor-facing service
  • Creating, tracking, managing, and processing account paperwork and requests, including documenting in CRM
  • Engaged in and completing the Remarkable Client Experience for all clients.
  • Ability to find answers within the resources provided at custodianโ€™s, Level Four, etc.
  • Communicating with clients via phone and email
  • Managing and documenting the client experience activities
  • Opening new accounts, tracking transfers and cash requests
  • Processing Cash/ACH requests initiated by client
  • Managing the Financial Advisorโ€™s calendar
  • Staying involved and aware of Level Four and custodial Process & Procedure changes as they affect your advisors
  • Helping communicate changes (bullet above) to the CSA team.
  • Successfully balance workload when On-Boarding client re-papering support is needed.
  • Additional duties as required
Successful Client Services Associate candidates will have:
Required
  • 5 + years of experience successfully supporting busy Financial Advisor(s)
  • 2+ years of experience in Client On-Boarding, working with custodians
  • Bachelors/Associate Degree or equivalent work-related experience
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task, follow through on commitments, and work independently, while being reliable, accountable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
  • Superior communication skills when interacting with clients, advisors and teammates
  • A passion to help the team and the advisors
  • Very comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (outlook, word, excel)
  • VERY comfortable with technology, in general
  • English fluency
Preferred
  • Fluency, or professional working proficiency, in Spanish
  • Experience with Salesforce as a CRM
  • Experience with Raymond James or other custodians
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7
