Our Lake Oswego office is currently seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to provide comprehensive support to Financial Advisors and senior management.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide sales and administrative support to clients and Financial Advisors Maintain and update client account information, assisting Financial Advisors with specialized projects Coordinate, prepare, and assist with client review meetings and new account setups Organize and manage calendars, appointments, and meetings efficiently Process invoices, check requests, and expense reports in a timely manner Research, plan, and arrange detailed travel itineraries, compiling all necessary documents for travel and appointments Interact with clients both in-person and over the phone, delivering exceptional service Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports as required Track and follow up on time-sensitive tasks and deliverables Answer phones, taking precise and detailed messages Maintain organized files and documentation Perform other duties and tasks as required and assigned Experience and Skills Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred FINRA Series 7 and 66 OR Series 7 and 63 & 65 certifications required Minimum of 3 years of professional experience preferred Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Proficient understanding of general office procedures and office equipment Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Professional appearance and demeanor is essential Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines What We Offer As part of our overall compensation package, Wedbush Securities offers an array of diverse benefits to all our colleagues.
