Currently Hiring: Client Services Representative - Candidates should be able to provide excellent customer service while helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility. This role supports families with check‑in, scheduling, tours, and account communication, and includes daily cleaning and light maintenance. You’ll communicate regularly with families and teammates and stay organized, efficient, and calm during busy times.

We’re looking for someone warm, dependable, detail‑oriented, and open to feedback. Client Services Representatives report to the Operations Coordinator and supports the lobby and common areas as needed. This is a part‑time position with afternoon/evening and weekend availability. We offer paid training, a fun and supportive team environment, and a starting wage that is negotiable based on experience.

Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, professional engagement with families by phone and in person

Multitask efficiently while maintaining accurate records and answering client questions

Assist with scheduling, class changes, tours, and trial classes

Complete daily cleaning, monthly maintenance, and organizational tasks to maintain a safe and welcoming facility

Support facility operations, cleanliness, safety, and organization at all times

Complete required training and continue learning our programs and systems

Follow established procedures with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Bring a positive attitude, a welcoming smile, and have fun throughout each shift

Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to proactively find solutions

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and receive coaching
