What You Will Do - Job Summary
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat, delivering quick, clear, and accurate support.
  • Guide users through our powerful trading tools, from buying their first share to navigating complex multi-asset strategies.
  • Troubleshoot issues with account management (statement review, permissions, tax, etc.), funding, and trading activity while finding smart and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with technology, risk, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve our processes and tools and share them with the team.
  • As the face of our company, you will embody our values through compassionate communication and deep product knowledge, making customers feel heard and appreciated.
