Job description

We are looking for a Client Service Manager to drive sales and revenue growth by building strong relationships with clients in the Rehoboth Beach, DE area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.

Location: Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971

Pay: $65,000 - $75,000 Base Salary + Incentive Plan

Requirements

  • 2+ years of client-facing experience in stormwater or aquatic services
  • Sales, relationship development, or customer service experience
  • College degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, independent thought and critical thinking, business acumen, and an internal motivation to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pursues new leads generated by existing client base, digital campaigns, and tradeshows.
  • Responds to and acknowledges all client inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Identify and target potential clients through research and data mining
  • Connect with decision-makers via phone and email
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and requests
  • Estimate and generate proposals for new and existing clients
  • Recommend additional services to current clients
  • Develop and implement relationship-building programs (e.g., site meetings, lunch & learns, etc.)
  • Perform physical tasks such as driving, walking on steep slopes, bending, and kneeling
