Position Title: Client Service Associate
The Client Service Associate position is essential for delivering exceptional support to high-net-worth clients and their families. This role requires a driven individual who is organized and possesses a strong work ethic, with a focus on long-term career growth. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and be prepared to handle multiple priorities effectively. Adaptability and the ability to remain calm under pressure are crucial for success. This position offers an opportunity to transition into a Junior Financial Advisor role after gaining experience in the Client Service Associate role for 2-3 years.
Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 / year DOE
Client Service Associate Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and carriers with professionalism and exceptional service
  • Coordinate client meetings, including compiling required documents and preparing advisors in advance
  • Support money movement and account operations across private wealth and retirement plan clients
  • Open and maintain client accounts and process required documentation
  • Manage and prioritize multiple client needs and service requests simultaneously
  • Communicate proactively with carriers and vendor platforms to resolve questions or issues
  • Collaborate closely with internal advisors and leadership to ensure smooth and accurate service delivery
  • Assist with general department support and contribute to a collaborative, all-hands-on-deck culture

Client Service Associate Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services as a Client Service Associate or similar role
  • Passion for financial services and long-term industry growth
  • Polished communicator with strong professionalism and client-facing presence
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities calmly and effectively
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel: basic formulas required)
