AGF is looking for experienced Senior Bilingual Client Service Representatives (English/French) who have a passion for investments and genuinely enjoy providing exceptional customer service to Financial Advisors and Investors. Our team is looking for experienced and dynamic individuals that can help us achieve our mandate. You will work remotely 3 days per week and work out of our downtown Toronto corporate office 2 days per week. This position has a target start date of October 13, 2026.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for advisors/investors to provide insight/solutions for account, transactional, procedural and product queries, primarily over the phone, in accordance to established Service Level Standards.

  • Resolve customer requests that you are accountable for and interface with other parts of the organization, as needed in either English or French, spoken or written.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every callerBe able to work rotating shifts, between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Friday

  • Maintain up to date knowledge on AGF products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and complete information to advisors/investors.

  • Actively participate in building a supportive team environment that fosters positivity and engagement

Your Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education completed and preferably completed the Canadian Securities Course and/or applicable IFIC courses.

  • A passion for delivering great customer service and desire to be part of a team that succeeds and be willing to do your part to ensure that success.

  • 3+ years of experience in a contact centre role, with a financial services company or fund company that distributes via financial advisors or with a fund company service provider.

  • Excellent communication skills, listening and written skills combined with a genuine desire to serve the customer, in both English and French.

  • Be a self-starter that leverages opportunities to improve your skills and capabilities that you can utilize to build your personal brand.

  • You can easily navigate between different computer applications and multi-task, while having a great conversation with customers.

  • You can problem solve and work well under pressure.

Compensation:

The anticipated compensation range for this role is $58,000 - $63,000 annually, which represents base salary and, where applicable, variable compensation components (e.g., annual bonus, commissions, etc.). Actual compensation will be determined based on many factors such as role location, candidate experience / qualifications, market conditions, and internal equity.

Vos responsabilites

  • Agir a titre de personne-ressource principale aupres des conseillers et des investisseurs afin de leur fournir des renseignements et des solutions relativement a leurs questions concernant les comptes, les operations, les processus et les produits, surtout par telephone, conformement aux normes de service etablies.

  • Traiter les demandes des clients dont vous etes responsable et collaborer avec les autres services de l'entreprise, au besoin, en francais ou en anglais, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit.

  • Maintenir un haut niveau de professionnalisme aupres des clients et etablir une relation positive avec chaque appelant.

  • Etre en mesure de travailler selon un horaire rotatif, entre 8h et 20h, du lundi au vendredi.

  • Maintenir a jour vos connaissances des produits, services, politiques et processus d'AGF afin de fournir aux conseillers et aux investisseurs des renseignements exacts et complets.

  • Participer activement a la creation d'un environnement de travail positif, favorisant la collaboration et l'engagement.

Votre qualification

  • Diplome d'etudes postsecondaires; la reussite du cours sur le commerce des valeurs mobilieres au Canada (CCVM) ou de cours pertinents de l'Institut canadien des valeurs mobilieres (ICVM) constitue un atout.

  • Passion pour l'offre d'un service a la clientele de premier ordre et desir de faire partie d'une equipe performante, tout comme de contribuer au succes de cette derniere.

  • Au moins troisans d'experience dans un centre d'appels, au sein d'une societe de services financiers ou d'une societe de fonds qui distribue ses produits par l'entremise de conseillers financiers, ou encore au sein d'un fournisseur de services a des societes de fonds.

  • Excellentes competences en communication orale et ecrite, combinees a un reel desir de servir la clientele, tant en francais qu'en anglais.

  • Esprit d'initiative et volonte de saisir les occasions d'ameliorer vos competences et vos aptitudes afin de developper votre marque professionnelle.

  • Capacite a passer aisement d'une application (informatique) a l'autre et a effectuer plusieurs taches simultanement tout en maintenant une excellente interaction avec les clients.
