We are hiring for a specialized Customer Service Representative! In this full-time opportunity, you will provide advanced customer service and support to internal staff and external clients. Candidates must have a High School Diploma and prior customer service experience. Qualified candidates must have strong communication skills and be able to multitask. Does this describe you? Position Details:
  • Full time, contract
  • M-F schedule - days
  • Delivers customer service through inbound phone calls.
  • Researches and responds user questions and problems regarding accounts and services.
  • Diffuses client concerns and notifies management of critical situations.
  • Maintains an accurate recording of all internal and external communication.
  • Utilizes multiple software applications in order to respond to all client inquiries.
