You won't be stuck in maintenance mode. At Ateko, you'll work on strategic, high-impact projects to maximize value for our clients in the technology industry. You will work with some of the world's biggest brands and your success will be measured by the ability to credibly challenge and guide C-suite thinking through strong analytical rigor, deep industry expertise, and trusted long-term relationships, while demonstrating intellectual humility, sound judgment in deal selection, and a clear understanding of enterprise technology and its real-world impact.

We hire top-tier talent and give them the space to shine. You'll collaborate with Sales under the leadership of the Revenue & Operations Executive Leader. No egos, just smart people solving complex problems together with the mission of the application of consulting discipline to enterprise clients whose technology transformations are too consequential to manage transactionally.

Your day to day will look like this:

• Serve as primary advisor and executive sponsor for top-tier accounts, building C-suite relationships that endure and growing a retainer-based book of business.
• Own the full commercial process, prospecting through close, renewal, and expansion, with the discipline of strategy consulting rather than the velocity of transactional sales.
• Run hypothesis-driven discovery, decline early capability demos in favor of diagnostic depth, and produce communications suitable for executive committees & boards.
• Collaborate with delivery leads and technical architects so the analytical work is realized in delivery, and coordinate joint pursuits with Salesforce account teams while protecting Ateko's commercial and analytical integrity

• Extensive consulting experience: 7-10+ years in management/technology consulting or strategic advisory, with strong strategy consulting exposure.
• Proven commercial ownership: Demonstrated success managing and exceeding $3M-$6M+ services revenue targets, with a focus on quality of engagements.
• Executive stakeholder engagement: 5+ years working directly with C-suite and board-level leaders, building trusted relationships.
• Strong expertise & capabilities: Deep industry knowledge, established decision-maker network, and solid analytical and structured communication skills.
• Technology & additional assets: Familiarity with enterprise platforms; Salesforce certifications or equivalent experience and a blend of consulting rigor with commercial accountability are preferred.

• Remote-first and flexible, across the United States.
• USD $280,000 - $320,000 OTE (50% Base / 50% Performance).
