At Eliq, we help energy companies and their customers make smarter, more sustainable choices. Our platform connects enterprises with millions of end-users, turning energy data into meaningful action.

We're looking for a Service Delivery Manager to partner with enterprise clients-supporting smooth onboarding, building strong relationships, and driving ongoing value across our B2B and B2B2C products. If you excel at managing complex integrations and aligning business with tech, you'll fit right in.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you'll lead the delivery journey for multiple enterprise clients-from implementation through to ongoing success. You'll work closely with client IT and business stakeholders as well as Eliq's internal developers, mapping systems, coordinating integrations, and ensuring our platform consistently delivers measurable value.

The position is hybrid, based in Gothenburg, Sweden.

This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role that blends project leadership, stakeholder management, and technical understanding. You'll be the trusted partner for your clients and a key contributor to maintaining Eliq's reputation for high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for multiple enterprise clients, maintaining strong and long-term relationships

  • Lead and coordinate onboarding and integration projects, managing timelines and ensuring smooth collaboration between client and internal teams.

  • Manage multiple client relationships simultaneously, ensuring contractual commitments and SLAs are met while monitoring KPIs to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Bridge business and technical conversations-translating requirements, resolving challenges, and maintaining alignment across stakeholders.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, QA, and commercial teams to ensure successful launches and ongoing service improvements.

  • Recommend and implement process enhancements that improve delivery efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years' experience managing service or project delivery in SaaS or technology environments, ideally serving enterprise clients

  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder-able to influence and align both technical and commercial stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with structure, accountability, and attention to detail.

  • Technically fluent and curious; confident discussing APIs, integrations, and data flows.

  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, or API tools (e.g., Postman) is a plus for light troubleshooting or data exploration.

  • Self-driven with a proactive, adaptable mindset and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.

 Why Join Eliq?

  • Work with leading Clients - Partner with some of the most innovative utilities and energy companies across Europe.

  • Collaborate with a Talented Team - Join a mission-driven company with a culture of innovation, ownership, and growth.
