The successful candidate will be a believer in the possibilities of high quality veterinary medicine and patient care-with the expertise and technical know-how to make them happen.

As a member of the VCA team, your mission will be to win the confidence of every pet parent-by delivering an outstanding client experience-so they will partner with us for the lifelong care of their companion animals.
Essential Skills: Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques, goal oriented. • Good communication skills, both written and oral, with a wide range of personalities and cultures • Background in managing service oriented operations. • Ability to plan, organize and effectively present ideas and concepts. • Ability to take information obtained from clients, staff, and other sources, discern that which is credible and assess the hospital and its operation objectively. • Must be able to handle multiple tasks at once, and deal with high levels of stress in an environment of changing priorities.
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in medical care facility operations management.
