Job description

Summary:
We've partnered with an established financial advisory practice in Stevens Point, WI in search of a Client Service Coordinator to join their team! In this role you'll support the daily operations of a fast-paced office by providing administrative and client service support. This position is fully onsite in Stevens Point, WI and operates full-time Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm. Pay is competitive based on experience. Competitive benefits offered.
Responsibilities:Administrative Support:Provide general administrative assistance to maintain smooth office operations
Prepare correspondence for advisor signature
Copy, track, and organize client and practice materials, including business correspondence
Coordinate with the home office on follow-up items
Schedule client appointments and prepare related agendas/forms
Place reminder calls/texts and follow-up calls with clients
Support office team members as needed
Complete additional allowable tasks assigned by the financial advisor
Client Care:Greet clients and provide a welcoming, professional experience
Draft administrative letters/notes on practice letterhead (anniversaries, sympathy, milestones, etc.)
Document all client contacts and interactions
Track client events and conduct outreach per the practice's contact model
Respond to and resolve basic client inquiries
Qualifications:Post-secondary degree preferred
1+ years of experience in a financial advisory practice
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Professional communication and customer service abilities
Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
Proficiency with standard office software and equipment
