Atlantic Group is hiring a Client Service Associate in Boston, MA for our client, supporting client account management, investment operations, portfolio reporting, and client service initiatives within an institutional investment environment. This opportunity offers broad exposure to alternative investments, portfolio operations, client servicing, and investment execution while working closely with investment professionals and senior client service team members. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client support.
Responsibilities as the Client Service Associate:
  • Client Support: Assist with client account administration, respond to client-related requests, and support the delivery of a high-quality client experience.
  • Investment Execution: Prepare and review investment documentation, subscription and redemption materials, wire instructions, and related transaction records.
  • Portfolio Reporting: Support the preparation and review of client reports, performance statements, presentations, and account documentation.
  • Account Management: Maintain client records, update CRM systems, support AML/KYC documentation, and coordinate with custodians and third-party service providers.
