Qualifications for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services support, preferably in a Client Service Associate role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online client portals
  • Familiarity with wealth management platforms such as Schwab and Advyzon is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail
