The Toronto Blue Jays are looking for Client Experience Associate to join our team.


OVERVIEW


The Client Experience Associate will play a role in delivering a top tier experience for our clients across premium, memberships and sales. The representative role assists in the facilitation of the benefit framework and game day experiences within our ticketed areas, including events on-site and off-site, experiences, and gifting.


Please note that this is a PT/Contract position, spanning from approximately June 2026 to April 2027. These positions are part-time contracts.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Assisting with executing client hospitality events and select special projects throughout the season
  • Executing gifting touchpoints, giveaway drops and courier deliveries
  • Assist with Sales and Service client engagement initiatives
  • Assist with gameday experiences; batting practice and other opportunities as they arise
  • Execute additional event-day operations as required, including unique suite set-up request or merchandise deliveries
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to support our event day staff as needed
  • Support suite operations during concerts and major events at Rogers Centre
  • Assist with general suite and space maintenance; tracking of artwork & furniture needs throughout season
  • Provide client facing service on event day, including resolving fan experience issues and providing leadership with security, catering and fan services staff.
  • Assist with coordinating department milestones
  • Collaborate with cross-departments and teams as needed and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders


QUALIFICATIONS


  • University degree or College diploma in sport management, business, marketing or a related field
  • A service mindset and passion for creating memorable experiences
  • Experience in client service, hospitality and/or other industry related field
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and effectively multi-task with attention to detail and sound judgment
  • Able to work hours outside of a typical workday (includes evenings, weekends and holidays) is required for executingToronto Blue Jaysgame days and otherRogers Centreevents
  • Strategic thinker with an ability to be proactive and solve problems
  • Natural collaborator who works well cross-functionally and in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 50lbs as required, ensuring the efficient setup and breakdown of event materials


Applicants must be willing and able to work all 81 Blue Jays home games, including non-traditional hours, evenings, weekends and holidays as required.


Salary: The anticipated base compensation for this role is $25.00 per hour.
