The TSR is responsible for liaising between the laboratory and clients, producing data reports, scheduling field services and assisting clients.

Responsible for assigned SOP and Method Reviews.

Responsible for answering client calls and responding to client requests via phone or email.

Responsible for filling out kit request forms and following up on sample kit completion.

Responsible for scheduling couriers for sample pickups, sampling and kit drop-offs and updating Outlook calendar for these events.

Responsible for preparing/scheduling main clearances, routine sampling for public water systems and private water testing.

Responsible for reviewing COCs for accuracy and/or clarifying any ambiguous requests with the client. Notifying Sample Receiving of any discrepancies found as a result of login.

Responsible for managing workload through backlog to meet client turnaround times.

Responsible for client add-on requests and verifying with the laboratory that add-ons will be analyzed within hold time.

Reviewing overall data results and QC prior to reporting.

Responsible for creating/editing client profiles in LIMS, be able to add/delete analyses, add comments to reports and adjust turnaround time as requested.

Responsible for creating case narratives in LIMS2K as needed.

Utilize LIMS and IT parsers for reporting lab reports and electronica data deliverables (EDDs) and/or ADaPTs requested by clients.

Responsible for providing clients with reports, either with verbal results or emailing reports as requested.

Responsible for filing and routine scanning.

Responsible for Bacteria testing and reporting. See Bacteria Analyst description for further details.

Will train candidates with a science degree or laboratory experience.
