Responsibilities:
  • Our CSRs are the first touchpoint to client interactions and provide exceptional customer service during every step of a visit to CCVS.
  • The CSR handles in-person, email, and telephone interactions, maintenance of veterinary medical records, accounts, maintenance, cash processing, data entry, word processing, and mail services.
  • Respond quickly and calmly to crises while maintaining a high standard of client care.
  • Communication: Convey messages to clients and teammates to ensure successful patient and client care.
  • Patience & Compassion: Remain professional while still ensuring doctors, teammates, clients, and patients feel as comfortable as possible regardless of the situation or challenges presented.

This position participates in weekend and holiday rotations.
