The Senior Client Service Associate provides a white-glove, concierge-level experience for clients and advisors through providing essential operational and administrative support. By building trusted client relationships, maintaining accuracy in systems and executing operational tasks, the Senior Client Service Associate helps build peace of mind, efficiency, and consistency across the client journey.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
Client & Advisor Support (Trusted Service Lead)
  • Act as an internal client point person, assisting advisors in nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, attorneys, CPAs, and other professionals to deliver outstanding service
  • Provide timely updates and confirmations to clients regarding account status and requests
  • Serves as trusted service lead for sophisticated families.
Client Onboarding & Information Management
  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience by collecting, organizing, and maintaining client information with accuracy and discretion.
Account Maintenance, Cash Movement & Distributions
  • Manage distribution requests from client accounts, calculating distribution amounts and scheduling distributions with accuracy and care.
  • Oversee day-to-day banking transactions, investment account activity, and domestic/international cash movement with accuracy and precision.
  • Manages distributions and sensitive transactions with independence.
Documentation, Records & Compliance (Confidential Handling)
  • Prepare, track, and process key documentation related to all client processes in your purview, managing sensitive data with the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Maintain meticulous, up-to-date, accessible, and compliant client files and records, including scanning mail and updating relevant tools, systems, and spreadsheets.
Specialized Transaction Processing
  • Manage specialized processes involving checks, receipts, and transfers (e.g., trust tax returns, property taxes, IRAs), ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently and securely.
  • Owns complex processes such as estate processing, tax planning coordination, valuations, and specialized transfers.
Estate / Tax / Valuation Coordination (Complex Ownership)
  • Provide expert technical support and coordination for client estate processing, tax planning, and valuations, helping clients navigate complex financial matters.

Cross-Team Coordination & Continuous Improvement
  • Actively participate in various internal and external meetings, contributing to the continuous improvement of client service.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Minimum Education Required
  • Bachelor's degree

  • 7+ years of experience in a client service organization
  • Experience with High Net-Worth and/or Ultra High Net-Worth families and experience with trust administration strongly preferred.
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
  • Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the USA. No visa sponsorship is available.
