How You'll Make an Impact

Client Service & Relationship Management

  • Deliver exceptional service and support to clients through phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Respond to client inquiries and service requests in a timely, professional manner.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with advisors, custodians, and internal team members to resolve client needs.

Account & New Business Processing

  • Process account applications and service requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist clients in gathering and submitting required documentation.
  • Coordinate account transfers and monitor progress through completion.
  • Support client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into the firm.
  • Assist advisors with appointment preparation and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the CRM.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Document client interactions and update records in the CRM system.
  • Monitor workflows and follow through on outstanding items.
  • Support office operations and contribute to continuous process improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure operational excellence and consistency.


What We're Looking For

Required

  • 1+ years of experience in client service, administration, or financial services.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar software.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Preferred

  • Active Wisconsin Life & Health License
  • Financial services experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Interest in obtaining the Series 65 license and growing a career in financial services.
