Job description

Keel Point, a premier wealth management firm, with multiple locations in the United States, is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team in our Huntsville, AL location. Keel Point serves a wide variety of clients with the highest levels of financial fiduciary excellence. The CSR works closely with a team of advisors to deliver outstanding client service. The role requires frequent communication and coordination with the advisors, clients, and internal and external partners.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to deliver the highest level of service.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the branch office, custodial platforms, and internal operations.
  • Facilitate new client onboarding, including account setup across custodial platforms, asset transfers, and investment management coordination.
  • Manage daily account administration tasks such as money movements, account updates, and routine client information requests.
  • Maintain and organize client records in compliance with FINRA and SEC regulatory requirements.
  • Track and manage client relationships, accounts, communications, and requests using our CRM system.
  • Support advisors in business development initiatives to promote growth and client retention.
  • Prepare accurate, client-ready reports using various software tools, while monitoring project progress and deadlines.
  • Oversee general office operations by prioritizing daily tasks, including answering phones, handling mailings, and supporting team operations.
  • Serve as a backup for other team members to ensure consistent team coverage.
  • Participate in special projects and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65) licenses preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • Knowledge and Skills:
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Familiarity with the Fidelity platform preferred, but not required.
    • Excellent time management abilities with a proven capacity to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing responsibilities effectively.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in both team and independent settings.
  • Personal Attributes: Proactive, self-motivated, and skilled at building and maintaining strong professional relationships.

Working Hours:

  • This is a full-time position located in the Huntsville, AL office.
