About Keel Point

Keel Point is a wealth management firm serving clients across the country with a deep commitment to fiduciary excellence and genuine, lasting relationships. We are looking for a Client Service Representative to join our Huntsville, AL team - someone who takes real pride in helping people and making every client interaction feel seamless and personal.

As a CSR, you will be at the heart of the client experience. Working side by side with our advisors, you will keep things running smoothly behind the scenes and serve as a trusted, friendly point of contact for the clients we serve. If you love organization, problem-solving, and taking care of people, you will feel right at home here.

What You'll Do
  • Build warm, lasting relationships with clients and deliver service that makes them feel genuinely cared for.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between our office, custodial platforms, and internal operations team.
  • Help new clients get started - assisting with account opening, asset transfers, and onboarding across custodial platforms.
  • Handle day-to-day account administration, including account updates and routine client requests, with accuracy and care.
  • Keep client files and records organized and compliant with all applicable FINRA and SEC requirements.
  • Track client relationships, accounts, communications, and requests in our CRM.
  • Support our advisors' efforts to grow the practice and serve clients well.
  • Prepare clear, client-ready reports and keep projects and deadlines on track.
  • Provide back-up coverage for teammates so our clients always have someone in their corner.
What We're Looking For
  • A natural relationship-builder with a strong service mindset and a proactive, can-do approach.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services, or a comparable professional setting.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, and comfort with Microsoft Office. Familiarity with the Fidelity platform is a plus.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities calmly, both independently and as part of a team.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 and 65) licenses are a plus - but not required to apply. We are glad to talk with candidates who already hold them or are ready to pursue them.

If you don't meet every qualification but believe you'd be a great fit, we'd still love to hear from you.

Why You'll Love Working Here
  • A collaborative, people-first team that lives by Keel Point's Core Values.
  • Competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, a retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
  • Professional development and support as you grow your skills and your career.
