Our Client Services Specialists are not a call center, these teammates are highly trained and are the first point of contact for our global clientele. This is not the typical Client Services role, when you join our team, you receive ongoing and in-depth training in order to be a high-impact resource for our clients.

Requirements for success as part of our elite Client Services team:
  • React swiftly and competently to inbound sales opportunities and actively address client needs
  • Manage online orders and provide every customer with accurate and exceptional service, closing out their experience with prompt follow-up
  • Obtain Gear Expert® level knowledge of product lines and internal procedures
  • Participate in ongoing procedural and product training sessions to ensure effective and efficient customer service
  • Provide customer feedback to internal parties, continually improving our approach to excellence
