Overview
Director Business Development
As a Director of Business Development (Client Partner), you will be responsible for driving strategic growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital transformation solutions. You will work closely with executive stakeholders to understand their business challenges and align Publicis Sapient's capabilities to deliver value-driven solutions.
Your Impact
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from opportunity identification and qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including delivery, strategy, and technology, to develop tailored solutions that address client needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing thought leadership on digital transformation, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention by delivering high-quality solutions that drive measurable business impact.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new markets.
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.

  • 12+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in a consulting or technology services environment.
  • Strong expertise in client relationship management, with experience engaging and influencing C-level executives.
  • Deep understanding of digital transformation, customer experience, and technology-driven business solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead complex sales cycles, from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with a focus on driving win-win outcomes for clients and Publicis Sapient.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
