Job description

Join our dynamic team where you will play a vital role in fostering strong customer relationships and enhancing their experience. You will collaborate closely with our regional sales professionals, production teams, technical specialists, and warehousing staff to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Reporting Structure: You will report directly to the VP.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility as needed.
  • Salary: Attractive base salary Starting at $48,000 -$50,000 commensurate with experience, complemented by lucrative quarterly commissions that can elevate your total earnings beyond $60,000. Join us and maximize your earning potential with us!

Responsibilities: In this essential role, your responsibilities will include:

- Swiftly addressing customer inquiries about our product offerings, quotations, availability, and production timelines, ensuring customers feel valued and informed.

- Gaining an in-depth understanding of customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions that enhance their satisfaction and business success.

- Building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers, becoming their trusted advisor and point of contact within our organization.

- Proactively identifying and generating new sales opportunities through timely inbound lead follow-ups and thoughtfully executed outbound cold calls and emails, driving growth for the company and yourself.

- Facilitate meeting arrangements for current and prospective customers as needed.

- Collaborating with the outside sales team to strategically develop and expand new and existing business accounts, transforming them into long-term, profitable partnerships.

- Confirming all technical details with customers and/or the regional sales manager, and accurately entering orders into our system to facilitate smooth processing.

- Generating detailed production orders based on customer purchase orders and anticipated usage, ensuring that our teams are aligned and prepared to meet demands.

- Working closely with production staff to guarantee the timely availability and delivery of materials, maintaining our commitment to excellence in service.
