Client Relations Specialist (Printing & Digital Production - Onsite, New York, NY)
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Client Relations Specialist to join our onsite team in New York, NY. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in the printing industry, including color digital printing, prepress, and print production.
The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service while managing print production workflows, client communication, and project execution in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, creative teams, and technical staff, ensuring clear communication and project alignment
  • Provide prepress and digital print support, including proofreading client artwork and preparing files for production
  • Edit and optimize client files for print readiness using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Coordinate and manage press checks, mock-ups, revisions, and client approvals
  • Oversee project scheduling, workflow management, and production timelines to meet tight deadlines and budgets
  • Manage day-to-day print shop operations, including inventory control, supply ordering, and equipment coordination
  • Support and maintain small format printers, large format printers, and plotters
  • Perform print finishing and bindery tasks as needed
  • Assist with conference room setup, client meetings, and onsite support services

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the printing industry (digital printing, prepress, or print production)
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
