Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Client Relations Rep to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily auditing of operational workflows and employee productivity to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and compliance with internal policies and standards. You will lead our company in this effort, work closely with cross-functional departments (e.g., operations, engineering, management), and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall business performance. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily audit engagements from planning through execution to reporting, ensuring adherence to established methodologies and timelines.
  • Develop and implement daily productivity tracking and quality control processes to ensure compliance with operational standards and efficiency goals.
  • Perform daily audits of assigned transactions, tasks, or processes, interacting with process owners and operational managers to report on findings and their impact on production.
  • Analyze data collected from audits to identify patterns, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and root causes of potential issues.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive daily and weekly audit reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, compliance issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate action plans with department managers to address control issues and implement effective corrective and preventive measures.
  • Train and mentor team members and employees on productivity standards, audit methodologies, and best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices are maintained. 
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant auditing or operational analysis experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards and operational efficiency principles.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team in a fast-paced, daily-results-oriented environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-mining skills (proficient in Excel tools is a plus).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present complex findings to all levels of management and individual contributors.
  • High standards of integrity, objectivity, and attention to detail.
