As a Client Relations and Account Manager at AlphaGraphics, your primary role will be to increase the center’s overall sales and support the staff and client with projects.  This responsibility should always focus on increasing the center’s sales, drawing in new customers and contacts, maintaining center accounts, expanding our penetration into existing accounts, and creating a positive experience for our clients.  Also, leading efforts in our new apparel product line.
Account Manager Responsibilities:
  • Has a thorough knowledge of all AlphaGraphics products and services, production processes, capabilities, and pricing
  • Maintains a professional appearance
  • Ensure all clients have a positive customer experience
  • Can easily provide customers with the benefits they will experience when using our products and services (might be duplicated below in the value-added area)
  • Consults with customers to help them make decisions; upsells and cross-sells when there are opportunities
  • Captures customer’s specifics using “Job Analysis” questions
  • Asks probing questions
  • Reviews customer’s proofs, manages the proofing process, and calls customers when jobs are ready for pick up
  • Creates job estimates that are prepared in a timely manner, professionally presented and carefully reviewed for job pricing and accuracy
  • Routinely resolves customer inquiries and complaints
  • Displays necessary mastery of MIS tools to create and estimate customer projects effectively.
  • Maintains current pricing strategies and customer billing procedures
An AlphaGraphics Client Relations and Account Manager performs all business development functions related to Inside Sales, including the following:
  • Assists on the Customer Service team
  • Assists in updating the client database 
  • Assists marketing functions and inside production when requested
  • Follows up and manages Inbound Leads
  • Works on estimates with lead estimator
  • Follows up on targeted marketing campaigns
  • Keep customers informed regarding their job’s progress through the production process
  • Shows proficiency in regular use of CRM and MIS tools
  • Effectively manages all communication methods currently available to them to respond timely to customer inquiries  
  • Assists in implementing sales and marketing related to the Apparel line of products
Client Relations and Account Manager Qualifications
  • Account Management experience is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of graphics and prepress a plus
  • Possesses a solid knowledge of MIS systems and order entry processes
