Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Client Relations Coordinator to join our Greenville office. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. You will provide critical administrative support, assist with client interactions, and maintain a positive, professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • On-Site Presence: Maintain an active presence at the office during all business hours to support the team, represent the company, and act as the primary point of contact for administrative issues.
  • Client Interaction & Service: Act as the first point of contact via phone, email, and in-person interactions, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues to maintain professional client relationships.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure common areas, meeting rooms, and restrooms are clean, organized, and well-stocked. Manage office supplies and coordinate directly with vendors.
  • General Administration: Manage all incoming and outgoing mail/deliveries, assist with client and agent scheduling, and maintain secure office records to ensure data privacy compliance.
  • Claims Handling: Assist clients with filing and managing insurance claims through digital platforms or direct insurance carrier coordination, following up regularly to ensure timely processing.
  • Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform additional administrative duties, special projects, and process improvements as directed by management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (additional certifications or a college degree are a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in office management tools, specifically Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Zoom.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Technical capability to troubleshoot basic office tech issues and assist team members with digital platforms.
