ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Lyle Pitner - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain client records and update information as needed.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle high-stress situations calmly.
  • 1-3 years Customer Service experience required
  • Ability to speak Spanish and assist Spanish-speaking clients a plus

Compensation: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
