Position Summary

While working as a Client Relations Coordinator you will be tasked with fulfilling duties and performing tasks related to House Account prospects and customer needs, front-end discovery to traffic RFQ opportunities to subject matter experts, researching and responding to customer inquiries, CRM management, and re-engagement outreach of inactive customers. In this role, you will also focus on outbound prospecting, generating new business opportunities, and setting up appointments for Account Executives.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responds to all incoming inquiries from the organization’s main phone line, general email, website form fills, walk-in traffic and referrals with urgency and enthusiasm
  • Performs investigative activities using tools such as LinkedIn, Google, Credit.net, Business Website to evaluate client potential and evaluate for “WOW” ideal customer profile
  • Gathers intelligence through our front-end discovery process during initial contact to include referral source, contact information, company information, project information, budget, and due date to ensure a Sales Qualified Lead
  • Ensures client data is reflected accurately in EPMS
  • Research in our ERP and responds to customer inquiries in support of the Sales team, including but not limited to, job progress, tracking information, and directing requests to the correct internal stakeholder
  • Conducts high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients (cold calling)
  • Identifies and qualifies potential business opportunities
  • Schedules meetings and hands off qualified leads to Account Executives
  • Maintains accurate records of outreach and activities in CRM systems
  • Follows up consistently with prospects to nurture interest
  • Meets or exceeds daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance goals
  • Collaborates with the sales team to refine messaging and outreach strategies
  • Re-engages inactive customers through a systematized list of leads provided in ERP system.
  • Works with Director of Sales to identify and assign WOW customers to AM/AEs
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:

Qualifications


Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma is required, but bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or related field is preferred.
  • 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, sales, or administrative functions is required, but 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Computer Skills

  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite, especially Outlook and Excel, is required
  • Prior experience utilizing a CRM, or the ability to gain proficiency in this technology within 30 days is required

Other Qualifications

  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to write effective correspondence to customers and coworkers
  • Ability to leverage internet/tools for research and evaluation of potential and current clients
  • Mathematical abilities required by this job include reading a ruler, calculating simple costs, and other basic mathematical skills
