Gallery Media Group includes women's lifestyle brand PureWow, the iconic fashion and style brand Coveteur and a collection of social-first media brands, such as @cocktails and @ballplayers on Instagram and TikTok that reach over 200M consumers. Additionally, GMG has an expansive experiential arm rooted in Gallery Houses-a fusion of social content, creators and cultural moments at scale-as well as a robust influencer marketing business.
The company was founded in 2010 by CEO, Ryan Harwood and is now part of VaynerX, the Gary Vaynerchuk-owned holding company.
We are seeking a Talent & Influencer Relations Manager to support talent and creator partnerships across branded content, editorial initiatives, experiential events, and strategic business opportunities. This individual will play a key role in identifying, negotiating, and managing relationships with influencers, creators, celebrities, publicists, agents, and managers while serving as a trusted partner to internal teams across Sales, Partnerships, Editorial, Production, Social, and Events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-driven, deeply connected within the creator economy, and passionate about identifying emerging talent and building meaningful partnerships that drive business results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent & Influencer Strategy
• Support talent and influencer booking strategy across Gallery Media Group's branded, editorial, and experiential initiatives.
• Develop talent recommendations and casting lists aligned to campaign objectives, audience targets, and creative
concepts.
• Identify emerging creators, influencers, celebrities, and industry experts across platforms and categories including
lifestyle, parenting, beauty, fashion, wellness, entertainment, and culture.
• Continuously monitor creator, social media, and talent industry trends to identify new partnership opportunities.
Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, celebrities, publicists, agents, managers, and
talent representatives.
• Consistently meet with talent representatives to ensure Gallery Media Group remains top-of-mind for partnership,
editorial, and event opportunities.
• Maintain and expand Gallery Media Group's network of talent contacts and industry relationships.
• Manage and maintain talent and influencer databases, including contact information, historical partnerships, rate
benchmarks, and relationship notes.
Talent Negotiation & Booking
• Lead talent outreach, negotiations, and contracting across paid and unpaid opportunities.
• Negotiate talent fees, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity terms, and partnership agreements.
• Manage talent booking logistics including scheduling, travel, itineraries, briefing documents, contracts, and day-of
coordination.
• Track deliverables and ensure talent obligations are fulfilled according to partnership agreements.
Editorial, Branded & Experiential Partnerships
• Source, pitch, and manage talent participation across editorial content, branded campaigns, live events, and
special projects.
• Help architect, market, and manage guest lists for Gallery Houses and future experiential ventures.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Partnerships teams to identify talent-driven opportunities for clients and
prospective partners.
• Work cross-functionally with Editorial, Content, Production, Social, Marketing, Events, and Client Services teams
to integrate talent into programming and campaigns.
• Support on-site talent management for productions, events, appearances, activations, and live experiences.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 3-5 years of experience in talent relations, influencer marketing, publicity, talent booking, entertainment, media,
agency, publisher, studio, or network environments.
• Proven track record negotiating talent partnerships, influencer campaigns, PR barters, and creator collaborations.
• Existing relationships with publicists, agents, managers, talent representatives, and creators across lifestyle,
entertainment, fashion, beauty, wellness, parenting, and culture verticals.
• Demonstrated ability to identify emerging talent and cultivate long-term talent relationships.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms, creator partnerships, and the evolving
digital media landscape.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
simultaneously.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to confidently interface with talent, creators, clients, and executives at all levels.
• Experience supporting branded content, experiential marketing, live events, and editorial talent initiatives
preferred.
• Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, entertainment, sports, or creator-focused industries preferred.
