Job description

Title: Talent Acquisition Partner
Location: Clayton, MO
Salary: $88,000 - $115,000 plus additional bonus
Schedule: 9/80 schedule available
Relocation Available
The Talent Acquisition Partner executes TA processes with a focus on strategic engagement and hire quality to build long-term talent capability for the business. This role is aligned with the Corporate Talent Acquisition and Compliance team and will primarily support Olin's business groups and Corporate organization, as well as our manufacturing sites on an as needed basis.
What You'll Do:
  • Partner with hiring managers to source for and fill key roles with top talent
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment: intake meeting, requisition creation, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer extension
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support both current and future hiring needs
  • Advise on talent market trends and hiring strategy; use data and analytics to guide recruiting decisions and and improve outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with hiring processes and documentation
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team for on-campus recruiting efforts and managing assigned area intern/co-op processes as well as leader communication and engagement

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree* in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Organizational Development/Management, Employment Law, or Business discipline
  • 5+ years related talent acquisition experience; manufacturing/industrial environment experience preferred
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting
  • Excellent client relationship skills. Able to forge strong relationships with internal and external partners and be a visible representative of Olin
  • Ability to handle competing priorities and multi-task efficiently
  • Prior Workday experience preferred
  • Must possess a valid US driver's license
  • Able and willing to travel 15% of the time
