Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a professional and detail-National Accounts Associate to support a National Accounts Manager in managing major client relationships. This is a full-time, in-office role ideal for individuals with a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and client support to the National Accounts Executive Manager.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Assist in gathering essential documentation from clients, including signed authorization forms, property financials, and other supporting materials.
  • Respond to client inquiries related to hearing schedules, results, invoices, concerns, and refund checks.


Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative roles (preferably in an office environment).
  • Strong phone and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up abilities.
