Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)

Job Type: Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation: Expected first-year earnings $50,000–$60,000+

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

Our Texas office is expanding. HireFrontier is looking for driven individuals to join as Client Relations Associates — no prior staffing or customer service experience required. You'll receive structured training, mentorship, and a clear advancement path while working directly with business clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

●      Meet with business clients and candidates during scheduled in-person meetings

●      Provide friendly, solution-oriented support through the hiring process

●      Answer questions on staffing solutions, jobs, and services

●      Build strong client and candidate relationships through clear communication

●      Help identify staffing solutions that fit client needs

●      Keep accurate records of interactions and appointments

●      Follow up to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement

●      Work with recruiters to hit performance goals

●      Participate in ongoing training
