As Client Liaison & Project Coordinator, you will work closely with various Broad Arrow Car Specialiststosupport collector car and memorabiliaconsignmentsforHagerty's digital Marketplace.The idealcandidatewill collaborate with an experienced team of industry professionals as well as high net worth clientssupporting them with consignment agreements,consignment management, title review and collection,invoicing, and logistical coordinationrelated to Marketplace collections includingsitevisits. This position reports directly to the company'sManagerof ClientService.


What you'll do

  • Provide exceptional client service to Broad Arrow clientele
  • Work with the Car Specialist team to provide service to clientstransactingonHagerty's digital Marketplace. Tasks include but are not limited to:
    • Manage consignment packages and marketing fees for auction consignments
    • Assist catalog requests
    • Coordinate logisticsfor Marketplace collections on and off site
    • Assistwith post-sale invoicing,requisite transportation, and onsite loadout for collections
    • Help to manage post-sale inquiries from both buyers and sellers
    • Enter and update necessary data for consignments, transactions and client information
    • Participate in frequenttravelalongside Car Specialist teamto site specific collections to supportcarpreparationforonlinelistingon Hagerty Marketplace.
    • Serve as a point of contact for clients

Other things to note

  • Ideal candidates will be in the Savannah, Georgia area and able to work from the local office three days per week.
  • This role will require frequent travel and longer days when onsite and on deadline
  • Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable. For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations. Including attestation to the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial reporting data, where applicable.
