With exciting projects underway and new opportunities ahead, weโ€™re continuing to grow our team. Weโ€™re currently looking for an experienced Project Manager whoโ€™s ready to take ownership, lead projects from start to finish, and grow alongside Premier.

This role will work closely with our customers, field teams, subcontractors, engineers, and vendors to keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving in the right direction.


What weโ€™re looking for:

  • Experience in project management, construction, HVAC, mechanical systems, building automation, or a related field
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to coordinate manpower, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and project schedules
  • Comfortable working directly with customers, contractors, engineers, and vendors
  • Ability to review project drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and change orders
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience managing project budgets, costs, schedules, and overall profitability
  • A team-first attitude and willingness to step in and get things done
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and experience with project management or construction software
