Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
โ€ข Design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding a multi-disciplined team in the successful execution and sustainment of several software applications.
โ€ข Organize and coordinate program objectives.
โ€ข Identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your clientโ€™s mission.
โ€ข Broaden expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 5+ years of experience in a program manager role
โ€ข Understands the requirements, environmental factors, activities, constraints, risks, and motivations impacting the program
โ€ข Experience with leading and managing a workforce to ensure that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented promptly
โ€ข Ability to serve as the primary interface to the Government customer to receive direction and represent the team's activities and accomplishments
โ€ข Making sure all project personnel and stakeholders have a clear understanding of the status of the project
โ€ข Knowledge of managing milestone deliveries under Firm Fixed-Price / T&M contracts/OTA contracts
โ€ข Experience managing subcontractors
โ€ข TS/SCI/CI Poly clearance
Preferred:
โ€ข 5+ years supporting federal government contracts within the DOD or the Intelligence Community (IC)
โ€ข Experience with writing proposals, including providing inputs to pricing, staffing plans, and management narratives in proposal development
โ€ข Experience managing multiple programs
โ€ข Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification
โ€ข Experience working in a SCI Facility (SCIF)
