Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale technology programs supporting enterprise application development, modernization, and operational initiatives in a tolling environment. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end program delivery, managing cross-functional teams, overseeing application lifecycle activities, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale technology programs throughout the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, resource allocations, risk registers, and status reporting
• Coordinate business, technical, vendor, and executive stakeholders to ensure successful program execution
