Turn strategic relationships into meaningful home lending growth. In this role, you will build and expand partnerships with major employers, government agencies, and relocation leaders that drive purchase production. You will represent our program with confidence in executive discussions, roundtables, and client forums. As a Relocation Regional Sales Manager in Home Lending Relocation and Affinity Business Development, you develop and grow contractual partnerships that expand our Corporate Home Lending Program and deliver incremental purchase production. You will engage senior decision makers across global mobility, human resources, procurement, treasury, and operations to build durable relationships and negotiate long-term agreements. You will manage a territory with significant travel, balancing prospecting, forecasting, and contract management with a focus on client satisfaction and conversion. We work as a team, and you will help us grow by mentoring partners and communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
Job responsibilities
  • Develop new business relationships and expand existing partnerships with key decision makers
  • Create and execute long-term prospecting strategies for priority accounts
  • Increase awareness and adoption of the Corporate Home Lending Program across target organizations
  • Lead sales meetings with prospects, clients, and internal leaders, including roundtables and panel discussions
  • Negotiate and manage long-term contractual relationships that drive incremental purchase production
  • Forecast volume and profitability targets and track progress against plans
  • Manage contract requirements, expectations, and ongoing partner commitments
  • Mentor sales and operations partners to improve client satisfaction and conversion outcomes
  • Draft partner communications, presentations, and marketing materials aligned to program goals
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Ability to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory
  • Knowledge of economic, lending, housing, and relocation market environments
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated understanding of factors influencing profitability, quality, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of relocation policies and benefits and how they connect to the mortgage process
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • 10+ years of experience in the relocation industry or a business development sales role focused on relocation partnerships, with a record of winning new business with large employers, government agencies, or relocation management companies
  • Certified Relocation Professional designation from the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council and Global Mobility Specialist
