Manager Lead Quality Care & Operations


Legacy Home Health Agency is currently seeking a results-oriented manager to oversee the daily operations of our Personal Assistance Services program. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality service delivery.


The Role (What Youll Do):

  • Manage the daily operations of the PAS/PHC department, ensuring all client service plans are implemented as authorized.
  • Direct the scheduling and assignment of personal care attendants to ensure 100% coverage and service continuity.
  • Manage client files and electronic records in accordance with state licensing standards and Medicaid regulations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the agency, clients, family members, and state case managers regarding escalated concerns with services and updates.
  • Conduct regular reviews of service delivery to identify areas for operational improvement and staff training needs.
