SkillBridge Project Scheduling Coordinator Intern
Department: Asset Management & Transactional Due Diligence Divisions
Overview
The SkillBridge Project Scheduling Coordinator Intern will gain hands-on experience coordinating personnel and resources across Asset Management and Transactional Due Diligence projects within an Architecture & Engineering environment. This internship provides Service Members with exposure to scheduling field teams, balancing complex project needs, and supporting due diligence and assessment workflows. Interns will learn how to optimize field resource deployment, manage availability, and maintain project efficiency across multiple programs.
Location: Ellicott City, MD (Local Candidates Only)
Schedule: Hybrid - In Office Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday | Remote Monday & Friday
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external field resources (building assessors, engineers, architects, and due diligence specialists) using project management software.
  • Track and maintain resource availability, qualifications, skillsets, and geographic locations to support project requirements.
  • Assist with planning and scheduling building assessments, inspections, and transactional due diligence engagements.
  • Serve as liaison between operational leadership, project resources, and client representatives to ensure alignment on project timelines and staffing needs.
  • Support cross-divisional initiatives to identify qualified, cost-effective personnel for upcoming projects and programs.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, including background checks, military base access, site access, and security protocols.
  • Analyze field capacity and forecast resource needs to optimize project execution and team productivity.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or recently completed (preferred), or equivalent training/experience.
  • Experience in people scheduling, project coordination, or administrative support is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency with project management software and office productivity tools (Google Suite, Microsoft Office).

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
