Haven Management Services is a dynamic and growing hotel management company in the hospitality industry, focused on delivering exceptional hotel management solutions and driving revenue growth for our partners. We are passionate about innovation, guest experience, and building strong client relationships.

Position Overview:
Haven Management Services is seeking a motivated and driven Summer Sales Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for students majoring in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field who are eager to gain hands-on experience in the hotel industry. The intern will play a key role in supporting our sales efforts through lead generation, outreach, and client engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities within the hospitality sector
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels including online research and databases
  • Assist with cold calling and cold emailing campaigns to prospective clients
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and contact information
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and outreach materials for sales team
  • Track outreach efforts and report on campaign performance
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align messaging and sales strategies

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field
  • Strong interest in the hospitality and hotel industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable with cold outreach (calls and emails) and engaging new prospects
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • Social Media Management
  • Proficient in Canva or Adobe Photoshop to create marketing materials
