Position Overview:
Haven Management Services is seeking a motivated and driven Summer Sales Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for students majoring in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field who are eager to gain hands-on experience in the hotel industry. The intern will play a key role in supporting our sales efforts through lead generation, outreach, and client engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities within the hospitality sector
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels including online research and databases
  • Assist with cold calling and cold emailing campaigns to prospective clients
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and contact information
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and outreach materials for sales team
  • Track outreach efforts and report on campaign performance
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align messaging and sales strategies

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field
